We’re looking for an experienced account manager with the ability to optimise campaigns and grow our automotive channels.

We are one of our industry’s fastest-growing companies, with exciting plans for future growth. Our team has doubled in size to more than 100 people over the last 12 months and we are investing heavily to expand our expertise across the business.

We’re looking for an ambitious account manager with a strong sales record to handle medium and large accounts. Based in London, the ideal candidate will have experience within the automotive industry with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

You’ll spend your time…
  • Conducting regular proactive account management reviews and communicating with customers face-to-face, email, phone and video conferencing
  • Securing monthly and quarterly budgets in-line with forecasts
  • Upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
  • Delivering campaigns and budget on time across several channels
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign progress from data generation through to lead delivery and conversion
  • Introducing new ideas and concepts to optimise campaign performance
  • Liaising with marketing team to create customer stories, testimonials and case studies
  • Developing an account management and revenue development plan for each customer
  • Working with operations, IT and other teams when customers escalate issues
  • Ensuring invoicing is correct and resolving customer invoicing queries
The ideal candidate will have…
  • 3+ years’ agency sales and account management experience
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • A strong track record in sales and ability to match group capability with market opportunities
  • Sales management experience with medium to large accounts
  • Good analytical skills and an eye for detail
  • Excellent people and relationship building skills
  • Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Good awareness of financial reporting and the tools to do so
  • High competence in MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word
  • University degree or marketing/media qualification or equivalent experience
