The job

You will join The Lead Agency to ensure our clients are in the best position to convert leads by optimising the end to end processes. Through this optimisation your aim is to get the clients selling more which will in turn make our service more valuable.

It will be key to this role for you to understand the profile of the client’s customer to optimise The Lead Agency’s ability to generate more leads and sell more products.

This job will serve to continually improve sales performance through TLA’s and clients systems. You will identify, design, and assess opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend and implement solutions, practices, and policies to ensure the ever-increasing effectiveness and adoption of effective solution usage.

The responsibilities

You will be responsible for the performance management and usage of all TLA solutions; including MS Dynamics CRM to make sure they are effectively optimised by internal and business stakeholders.

You will perform an audit on every new client, whilst, managing existing clients through a quarterly audit. This client audit will set out their consumer data profile by product/service, the data flow through the client CRM/systems, how the sales team handle the data and how activity is tracked and fed back to ensure optimum connectivity and conversion rates.

Other key ongoing responsibilities include:

  • Participate in developing and maintaining detailed knowledge of the client’s current sales process, methodology, technology, infrastructure, and business processes from a functional perspective
  • Lead the requirements and assist in the development of the training curriculum for clients
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify, refine, and formally document detailed business needs, features, and functional requirements for the client CRM
  • Serve as an internal consultant to the business on practices and process improvements
  • Participate in testing, training, and implementation of CRM applications
  • Assist in the creation, review, and validation of user acceptance test plans and approaches

The skills

  • Data profiling
  • Technical and implementation experience with any CRM solution, preferably; Dynamics, Salesforce or Hubspot
  • Training experience with any CRM solution
  • Any CRM certification is an advantage but not required
  • Comfortable interacting with business and internal stakeholders is essential
  • Quick self-learner with passion for cloud technologies and business applications
  • Experience in process modelling and mapping
  • Experience in mapping specific business requirements to product features
  • Experience in system development life cycle and Agile project methodologies
  • Organisational Change Management experience
  • Experience with Business Process Consulting
  • A track record of working in a regulated environment would be valuable
  • Experience in Automotive, Education, Property or Renewables would be advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to operate and interact with colleagues remotely
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
