The job

Our performance marketing channels are integral to business success. Working closely with the Media Planner your job will be to oversee all digital trading ensuring best in market practices.

You will consistently increase lead numbers and quality across a number of different verticals ensuring we hit CPL and CPA targets.

The Responsibilities

Managing and developing current and future digital marketing channels:

  • Paid search / PPC
  • RTB
  • Display
  • Remarketing
  • Social media advertising
  • Affiliate marketing
  • Email and remarketing

Setting campaign metrics and targets to measure performance resulting in continued growth of individual channels.

Managing, mentoring and growing a team of performance marketers to deliver results. Working with other teams within the agency including marketing, development, design and UX, sales, content and the contact centre.

The skills

  • A minimum of four years in digital and performance marketing with a proven and demonstrable track record
  • Proven management experience
  • Experience of multiple stakeholder management
  • An ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Experience of analysing and interpreting large amounts of data and turning these insights into actionable plans
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills with problem-solving ability
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
