The job

Manage and lead Partnership sales and account management to deliver against our aggressive growth plans, developing long term relationships with new and existing strategic partners.

The responsibilities

  • Own the delivery of sales, account management, lead volumes, and revenue plans for the partnership channel
  • Build the sales pipeline in line with the strategy
  • Develop new partnerships with relevant publishers to increase lead volumes through the channel and deliver new revenue streams
  • Build the marketing plans in conjunction with new and existing partners to ensure volume delivery, and maximise commercial performance
  • Cement existing relationships to ensure the partnerships are mutually beneficial and each party’s interests are aligned for the long term
  • Work with other teams within the agency including marketing, development, design and UX, sales, content and the contact centre, to ensure partner revenues are delivered

The skills

  • A minimum of five years with a proven and demonstrable track record in partnerships
  • Experience of setting the sales strategy and on boarding new partners
  • Experience of multiple stakeholder management including the ability to influence external partners at a senior level
  • Working experience of product development cycles and influencing partner roadmaps
  • An ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills with problem-solving ability
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

You will have experience of previous management of strategic level relationships and naturally be an experienced people manager. With the ability to influence and drive change.
