We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive HR professional who can implement and manage our human resources function.

We are one of our industry’s fastest-growing companies, with exciting plans for future growth. Our team has doubled in size to more than 100 people over the last 12 months and we are investing heavily to expand our expertise across the business.

We’re looking for someone who believes HR can be a force for good in helping us cultivate and maintain a strong company culture. The ideal candidate will have experience of implementing a progressive HR programme that has led to positive change within an organisation. It is ideally suited to someone in a HR manager or HR business partner position.

This is a senior position carrying a market-competitive salary. It represents a great opportunity for someone to progress their career and challenge themselves within an exciting company.

The role will report directly to our managing director but will work closely with our brand manager and heads of department.

You’ll spend your time…
  • Working with senior stakeholders on job specifications & requirements, alongside our internal recruitment team
  • Supporting the brand manager in shaping company culture and improving internal communications
  • Facilitating organisational management & development
  • Handling the administration of all HR information & data, including regular reports to senior stakeholders
  • Managing the induction process for all new staff
  • Establishing communication process and  consulting with managers on ER issues
  • Reviewing benefits & L&D function to ensure retention & skill development
The ideal candidate will have…
  • CIPD (Level 5+) qualification
  • Broad HR experience
  • Experience in analytics and HR metrics
  • Experience in delivering HR change projects
