The job

This key role as an Internal Sales Manager is to lead a team of business development executives to increase the number of new partners across our range of verticals, including Property, Education, Renewables and F&I achieving overall revenue targets in line with monthly Company projections.

The responsibilities

  • Lead the daily sales activities of a growing sales team to ensure individual & team targets are exceeded.
  • Develop the strategy for long term business growth & refine process to improve efficiencies and output of the team
  • Performance management and forecasting
  • Develop industry and sales knowledge through nurturing, coaching & training
  • Develop a culture of success and high motivation
  • Keeping current in terms of industry and market place knowledge
  • Contribute to a highly positive and passionate department environment
  • Contribute positively to projects where required and build strong working relationships both inside and outside of the department
  • Communicating effectively with both internal and external customers and engaging constructively in team meetings with ideas to create success
  • Demonstrating agility to juggle multiple tasks with flexibility & adaptability in our evolving business environment

The skills

  • Minimum 3 years digital media campaign experience, ideally at affiliate or media network but equally any digital media experience will be considered
  • At least 3 years of progressive and successful Internal Sales management experience in an outbound and inbound sales office environment
  • Extensive performance management experience – developing new recruits into super star performers and working with existing staff to reach their true potential
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a top performing telesales executive, preferably in a digital marketing or media background
  • Some experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM.
  • Industry knowledge would be an advantage
