The job

You will be joining the development team taking ownership of development projects and tasks for the systems that power our sales teams.

You will be getting involved in the transformation of the sales systems within The Lead Agency, bringing them up to date with the latest technologies and standards. You will be working on projects such as the migration to microservices, implementation of a omni-channel communications platform, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will be involved at all stages of our product development, working with the business to shape our solutions.

You will be working with technologies such as:

  • .NET Core WebAPI & MVC
  • Azure
  • Twilio
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • SignalR
  • Redis
  • ServiceBus
  • Typescript

You will work alongside a Technical Lead, contributing to applying the methodology, approach and processes we use across the development team.

The responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to develop solutions for the sales teams within The Lead Agency. You will be involved at all stages of the development lifecycle and will collaborate with stakeholders to decide the direction of our products.

You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Researching new technology and approaches.
  • Contributing to team process, technical approach and development standards
  • Mentoring other team members.
  • Contributing to interdepartmental processes.

The skills

  • At least 5 years’ experience working on a variety of commercial projects
  • Experienced in .Net and C#
  • Technical experience working with MVC, SQL Server, and cloud services such as Azure
  • Experience with contact centre solutions
  • Experience with customer relationship management solutions
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment
