Over the last two years we’ve built a market leading advertising performance platform – Platform X – enabling our clients to programmatically buy performance campaigns that are in sync with their specific goals and business growth targets.

Deep audience data intelligence powers highly contextual targeting and campaign optimisation, to maximise performance and meet campaign objectives. Campaigns are served across our proprietary publisher network, our own digital assets, and the wider web, underpinned by Platform X.

Rich audience insight, and detailed campaign performance analytics is presented via the Platform X dashboard to provide additional data points for further optimisation and future planning.

Account Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our talented team to help scale our growing business. Our Account Managers partner with media agencies, their clients, and other internal TLA teams, to drive world-class advertising and performance marketing success.

As an Account Manager you will be passionate about understanding the business drivers for successful advertising and performance marketing campaign performance. You will quickly become an expert on the range of products and services available to our agency partners and clients, and engage with internal and external partners to deliver best in class performance.

You will play a key role in growing the business, by being a champion of Platform X and its capabilities and developing performance related plans with agencies/clients. You will possess strong analytical ability, developing deep expertise in TLA’s proprietary products, and build winning campaigns based on optimizing performance through insights to meet our advertisers’ needs.

This is a client-facing role that is also responsible for identifying opportunities to drive incremental revenue and long-term growth. The Account Manager is an expert in delivering consultative solutions for agencies and clients, earning their trust by educating them on how to be successful with Platform X.

The Responsibilities
  • Be a go-to TLA expert on current and future trends in the wider display advertising and programmatic market
  • Be an external market champion for TLA performance advertising and marketing solutions
  • Develop and make recommendations based on a consultative understanding of our agency and client needs and business objectives
  • Be a sales and account management champion for key agencies and clients, building lasting relationships which drive business growth for our clients and for TLA
  • Consult and educate agencies and clients with insights and solutions to achieve greater results from TLA driven campaigns. Use in-depth data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns
  • Work cross-functionally with the sales and account management and wider TLA business to drive revenue and increase agency and client satisfaction
The Skills
  • Experience and knowledge of main dealers and/or the auto industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Broad experience of the display advertising market (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs etc.)
  • Exposure and experience of digital advertising platforms such as DoubleClick, Sharethrough, Nativo, etc.
  • Experience of consultative selling, building agency relationships and managing digital advertising/performance marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with data analysis and optimization
  • Experience working with a variety of stakeholders from cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
