B2B Marketing Manager
The Job

The Lead Agency has an exciting opportunity for an intelligent, tactical and commercially minded marketer to take ownership of our B2B marketing activity and play a direct role in our growth into new markets and territories.

As one the UK’s fastest-growing technology businesses and due to the continued development of our technology and services, we require a dedicated B2B specialist to set and implement a strategy for how we reach and inspire our target audiences.

The Responsibilities
  • Planning and implementing a data-driven marketing strategy that generates enquiries from prospective clients, partners and employees
  • Creating and implementing campaigns to promote key areas of the business, our services and projects
  • Sourcing and creating thought-leadership content, case studies, blog posts, news stories, press releases, videos, webinars, white papers and research that helps to position TLA as the leading authority on customer acquisition within each of our verticals and focuses on our key pillars of data, technology and audiences
  • Managing the TLA awards calendar and researching and writing award entries that reinforce TLA’s market positioning
  • Managing PR activity for the business, working with external agencies (where feasible), building relationships with key media publications, producing compelling copy around key news stories and generating coverage that advances our objectives
  • Tracking and reporting performance across agreed key metrics (as indicated by OKRs) to ensure all BAU and campaign-based activity is having a positive impact on the business
  • Exploring new ideas for how we build brand awareness and meaning amongst our core audiences
  • Working with the design team to protect and maintain the quality of all sales and marketing materials used by the business, ensuring brand consistency in visual appearance, tone of voice and message
  • Evolving TLA’s existing brand positioning and messaging to put us in the strongest possible position to maximise commercial opportunities
  • Taking ownership of all branded sales materials, including proposal decks and performance reports to assist the sales and account management teams
  • Planning and supporting the successful running of TLA events – ranging from sporting challenges to round table discussions to presentations and more
The Skills
  • 5+ years in a B2B Marketing role
  • Excellent written skills with experience of producing articles, white papers, case studies and other promotional materials aimed at a B2B audience
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results from B2B marketing campaigns
  • Strong time management
  • Excellent people skills with experience of managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas succinctly
  • Proven track record of delivering events
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Knowledge of B2B CRM platforms – e.g. Hubspot/Salesforce etc.
  • Experience working with internal marketing teams to deliver cross-channel B2B campaigns
