Talent Acquisition (TA) Administrator is required by The Lead Agency to assist the internal recruitment function through a significant growth period.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition you will provide day to day admin support; you’ll be the first point of contact for the TA team and you will take ownership of and be responsible for the end-to-end TA administrative processes.
This role will require you to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders with a variety of recruitment queries. You will be someone who loves the detail, is very organised, enjoys liaising with people at all levels in the business and likes coordinating tasks, interviews, meetings, etc.
The Lead Agency is a fast-moving, fast-growing, full throttle business so this role will ideally suit someone who can work at speed, who is out-going, who can build relationships and who loves organising the detail.
This would be a wonderful entry role for someone into talent acquisition or a great growth role for someone who wants to own and drive efficiencies in the TA function.
