The Job

A Talent Acquisition Specialist is required by The Lead Agency to recruit exceptional talent across crucial business areas.

This talent acquisition job will provide you with exposure working across multiple key business areas, including, development, design/ux, data, account management, product, etc.

The Responsibilities

Your role as Talent Acquisition Specialist will involve you delivering the following key responsibilities across the business:

  • Recruiting exceptional talent
  • Ensuring new recruits meet the core values of the business
  • Be active and creative with your sourcing. I.e. Headhunting
  • Completing the recruitment cycle from start to finish
  • Taking recruitment briefs and help write JDs
  • Building effective relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Providing a best in class candidate journey through the process
  • Being innovative to become more effective and efficient
  • Building rapport with candidates and key business stakeholders
  • Meet recruitment deadlines through hitting KPIs
  • Screen, interview and assess candidates
  • Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks
  • Offer jobs/take references
  • Stay up to date with industry trends
  • Attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs
The Skills

You need to have proven recruitment experience recruiting in the digital / technology sector or working internally for a digital / tech business.

Other key skills include:

  • Proven success working as a Recruiter (internal/agency)
  • Personable, engaging and enthusiastic
  • Driven, ambitious and confident
  • Adaptable, flexible and possess a can-do attitude
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to develop business relationships
  • Experience recruiting through full lifecycle
  • Experience assessing CV’s, screen calling and telephone interviewing
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good administration skills
