Business Development Manager
The Job

A Business Development Manager is required by The Lead Agency to work in our Sales & Account Management team based out of our London office.

Utilising existing relationships with advertising agencies you will identify potential opportunities, pitch solutions and close campaigns for the Property vertical.

Seeking out new potential partner agencies we do not have a current relationship with is a fundamental part of this role along with the ability to source your own direct leads for clients from the property, finance and ancillary services sectors.

The Responsibilities
  • Working within our extensive network of existing agencies to identify opportunities
  • You will also be expected to generate leads from clients from the property industry
  • Generating your own leads, contacting, nurturing and closing sales.
  • Work to stretching KPI’s to ensure department revenue/client numbers are achieved
  • Establishing new revenue streams for the business
  • Liaising with advertising agencies and clients as and when required.
  • Exceed all sales targets
The Skills
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience with a proven and demonstrable sales track record
  • Experience of setting sales strategy and on-boarding new clients
  • Experience of selling to senior agency and key decision makers within the property sector
  • Working experience of key account management, sales cycles and influencing key clients
  • Working ‘in-agency’ as an extension of the agency team
  • An ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills with problem-solving ability
  • Ability to perform well within a team and independently whilst out in the field
  • Commercially minded with a good understanding of business needs
  • Experience and understanding of the digital marketing space
  • Strong understanding of business processes and tools
  • Property or F&I experience desirable
